15 May 2018 - 31 May: Identifying and ordering initial components for the project.

1 June - 30 June: Developing code and structure for actuators and controls of the system.

1 July - 31 July: Understanding and working on mechanical systems of Vending Machines. Developing systems that will connect machine to online payment services.

1 August - 7 August: Market research on campus.

7 August-31 August: Complete the final design of Mechanical and Electronic systems with code.

1 September- 15 September: Beta testing and initial deployment.

15 September- 30 September: Final deployment with changes if necessary.
